I haven't been back since May of this year at the time I found it to be chaotic. i took my truck in for a engine lite and it sat on your lot for 4 weeks with nothing being done to it. leased a new vehicle from the dealer, i had to go 3 times to service. first it was the oil at 30% in a brand new vehicle. 2 weeks later the bumper detach from the finder, took 6 weeks to replace . came of ag to service. first it was the oil at 30% in a brand new vehicle. 2 weeks later the bumper detach from the finder, took 6 weeks to replace . came of again after 2 days. it took under 6 weeks or more to replace it, after several calls and trips to the service dept. the dealer couldn't anything. one person even suggested to me to file a lemon lawsuit. I do not blame the service guys. they were very helpful. but, i will never buy, lease, or recommend anyone to that dealership again. FYI, my rate goes to Chrysler, not the service department. More

Arrived at 8am for the 25k miles service. Was told the car was goi g to be ready at 9:30 so I wait for it. Waiting area was depressing, very basic.
