Took my Jeep for an oil change and diagnosis. I made an appointment and received a confirmation number, only to be told there is no record of the appointment. I told the receptionist I can provid I made an appointment and received a confirmation number, only to be told there is no record of the appointment. I told the receptionist I can provide the reference number and was told they only find appointments using names. So it felt pointless to make an appointment. Also, I advised the service advisor of something I observed and asked to look into it for a diagnosis. I never got a call about the issue and even in picking up the car, he never mentioned whether or not they even looked it for me. I'm now left taking the car to another place to get a diagnosis and repair because I can't trust this degree of inattention and lack of service. Plus, I'm not sure where advisors receive their trainings from, but you do not refer to a customer using racial colloquialism! I will not be returning to this location for service. More

Steve Williams the service manager was so incredibly wonderful to me. He treated me as though I had known him for many years.
