Very kind and attentive staff. But what about my tire replacement, the tire wasn’t replaced properly. I had nail in tire and the same nail at the same place is still there. I assum But what about my tire replacement, the tire wasn’t replaced properly. I had nail in tire and the same nail at the same place is still there. I assume maybe there was wrong side tire had been replaced, I don’t know. I’ve been there already five times and so tired to come over and over again. Please help me to keep the tire for me till next Saturday and I’ll be there to replace it. I can be there only on weekends. Thank you More

I was under the impression that he had advice,7:00 AM the next morning,he called me,waking me up to inform me that I put him on a payroll,as a manager,I’m in shock and I called the dealership to report the incident,I was treated terribly by another Manager,that just happen to be his friend. I have purchased 2 Jeeps and I wanted to purchase my third one,the Hemi, I stopped by Hollywood Jeep and fell in love with the Orange one,but I would prefer a black one instead, I requested to see it by the creepy Manager Steve Williams,but he said “Not to buy anything yet” I told the Manager of the dealership that I had some of the things said and done to me on my surveillance cameras. I’m disgusted as to how bad, I was treated and I don’t know what to do as a loyal Jeep owner, I was going to buy a new one and send the one I have now to my son in the Army, he does not like to drive his Ford Raptor,on Base.
