Very kind and attentive staff. But what about my tire replacement, the tire wasn’t replaced properly. I had nail in tire and the same nail at the same place is still there. I assume maybe there was wrong side tire had been replaced, I don’t know. I’ve been there already five times and so tired to come over and over again. The Manager for Repair,tried to make extra money,convincing me that he could help me with a claim Unrelated to my Jeep. I was under the impression that he had advice,7:00 AM the next morning,he called me,waking me up to inform me that I put him on a payroll,as a manager,I’m in shock and I called the dealership to report the incident,I was treated terribly by another Manager,that just happen to be his friend. I have purchased 2 Jeeps and I wanted to purchase my third one,the Hemi, I stopped by Hollywood Jeep and fell in love with the Orange one,but I would prefer a black one instead, I requested to see it by the creepy Manager Steve Williams,but he said “Not to buy anything yet” I told the Manager of the dealership that I had some of the things said and done to me on my surveillance cameras.
