When I first arrived, I was sent to a service adviser named Phil. However, Phil was not at his station. After waiting for over five minutes, I went back in and Shannon took care of me. Service was scheduled online with all requests, including a brake recall. After waiting for the duration of service (oil change and quote for front light) I was told that the part for the recall had to be or a brake recall. I should have been notified before coming in that the part wasn’t available. The rep didn’t review any other notes from the service and no one has followed ip regarding the recall part yet.
