When I first arrived, I was sent to a service adviser named Phil. However, Phil was not at his station. After waiting for over five minutes, I went back in and Shannon took care of me. She was profession named Phil. However, Phil was not at his station. After waiting for over five minutes, I went back in and Shannon took care of me. She was professional and pleasant. When the vehicle was handed over, the tech rotated my tires but failed to put air in them, leading to a TPS warning. Interestingly, the tech handed the car over with the TPS warning and failed to tell me or Shannon. More

Service was scheduled online with all requests, including a brake recall. After waiting for the duration of service (oil change and quote for front light) I was told that the part for the recall had to be or a brake recall. After waiting for the duration of service (oil change and quote for front light) I was told that the part for the recall had to be ordered and someone would get in touch. I should have been notified before coming in that the part wasn’t available. The rep didn’t review any other notes from the service and no one has followed ip regarding the recall part yet. Not the best customer service and wouldn’t have appreciated coming to service when the recall part was available. More
