For non-luxury vehicles, the service was very good. However, I went from owning a Lexus to a Pacifica Pinnacle -- essentially the same purchase price of a Lexus. the differences in service is that at However, I went from owning a Lexus to a Pacifica Pinnacle -- essentially the same purchase price of a Lexus. the differences in service is that at Lexus they vacuum the floorboards, wash the windows and wash the car. We purchased our car through Aventura Jeep after the lease was up and we’re told not to worry about the last 2 payments as they were making them directly. Fast forward 4 months and our credit score has lease was up and we’re told not to worry about the last 2 payments as they were making them directly. Fast forward 4 months and our credit score has fallen due to these payments being made late to the point that we are unable to obtain a credit card. We went to the dealership and a dispute was made on Experian, we were told to finish disputing on Transunion which has proven to be impossible. Your staff should handle all disputes and follow though u til our credit score returns to above 700 as it was before purchasing the car. More
