Thanks to Roberto Ortiz, my car was fixed in one day. I had been calling to arrange to have it fixed and other service advisors told me there was a 3 week back up and that I needed to leave my car there I had been calling to arrange to have it fixed and other service advisors told me there was a 3 week back up and that I needed to leave my car there for a few weeks. How ridiculous. Thank goodness I kept calling and luckily Roberto answered the phone. He said "Bring it in the Saturday". I did, and just like he assured me, my car was fixed by the end of the day! He is a great team member. The only thing I would suggest to this dealership is to provide loaner cars or a shuttle for transportation. I had to spend $60 on Ubers unfortunately. Most other deals provide loaners or at least a shuttle van. More
