I am really disappointed in the service I received. It took them 2 weeks to give me a diagnosis and another week to fix it so 3 weeks from the time I brought it in, which was a huge inconvenience. They It took them 2 weeks to give me a diagnosis and another week to fix it so 3 weeks from the time I brought it in, which was a huge inconvenience. They were very unresponsive, every time I called days in a row there was no one there to give me an update about my vehicle until I requested to speak to a manager. I expressed my concerns with the manager and her tells me that I am welcome to take my car elsewhere after its around been there for over a week. They ended up finally fixing my car and I learned that the services manager was out sick and they charged me a premium to do so. I will not be using this service ever again and I recommend that no one else does either. More
