After being told there is a $250 fee to look at my car, I was then told that the car had to much rust and they couldn’t do anything other then oil change. $311 oil change. Never again. More

Our team did speak with you regarding this matter and you indicated that the car is from up north. You signed for the diagnostic time up front when our team got the car in and started the diagnostics. There was so much rust and corrosion on the vehicle that the only option is to have the parts replaced but you stated that it would be too expensive to replace all the parts and you just paid the diagnostic charge and the oil change. We hope that this helps further explain the situation for you.
