Outstanding service. Jeremy and Kyle in sales and Aimee in finance were all so friendly, helpful and professional. We couldn't believe how quickly we were able to buy the right vehicle at the right price a in finance were all so friendly, helpful and professional. We couldn't believe how quickly we were able to buy the right vehicle at the right price and leave the dealership feeling very good about our purchase. Kyle was very prepared for our arrival, having the car we were interested in ready and waiting at the front door to the dealership. Kyle and Jeremy worked seamlessly to get the paperwork completed and Aimee put the finishing touches on by getting the documentation completed in record time. Everyone worked hard, and always with a smile, to get us into the car we wanted at the price we wanted. This was a great car-buying experience. We highly recommend Awesome Ford. More

They are definitely the Nordstrom of customer service. Jason Pospisil was my sales professional. He was fast, courteous, and definitely on the ball. Not pushy at all! Amy in finance was very knowledgeable and is a wealth of information on credit and finance. I don't know about you but when I am dealing with a huge purchase like this I want the best deal and service around. Great service And customer service team 3rd visit there and extremely happy with each service. When I came in yesterday to have “the works” oil change service performed I was met with pleasa 3rd visit there and extremely happy with each service. When I came in yesterday to have “the works” oil change service performed I was met with pleasant staff who offered us a ride to get something to eat if we wished when we mentioned we wanted to go for a walk to stretch out from and hour of sitting in the car. Upon check out it had been determined I had a headlamp out on the front drivers side of the vehicle. The service attendant next to us, jumped up and went out to the vehicle to see what type of bulb we needed for replacement, went to parts and retrieved the bulb (had parts write up a parts ticked) then went to the vehicle and replaced the lamp for us in about 10 minutes. Great customer service and friendly staff. More

Worst service ever! I have never had such bad service. I took my car in over a month ago. Each time the service rep gave me a date it would be complete, that date was mis I have never had such bad service. I took my car in over a month ago. Each time the service rep gave me a date it would be complete, that date was missed. (more than 5 times) Several times the rep was supposed to call me with an update, and that was also missed. There was an excuse every time. I have never been treated like this from my old ford dealer in Tacoma (Titus Will) Even with the long drive, I will now go back there. I do not expect to return to Awesome Ford again. I was considering switching to Awesome Ford before this disaster in service, and thinking about time to purchase a new car. Not from this dealer! Finally got my car back. Have to say, the end product was good. Just the in between time was so poor. At least they caught the problem with miss-installed parts before I got it back. More
