Another dealer serviced my transmission, based on their recommendation to me at 30k miles. As soon as I got on the freeway, it burned up. It couldn't be determined how it happened, but it likely ran out of or had no fluid. Awesome Ford took us in at closing time & took care of us so well, we've now made them our service people. Keep in mind we have one in our own town, but choose to drive 45 minutes away for better service. Just did an oil change & recall repair. They're truly awesome! More
