Great Service With the combining of the RV and Ford Sales at the same location, it is a zoo in the dealership. Took 20 minutes to check out. The employees are doing the best that they can, but there needs to be more space in the service area to deal with customer's needs. Employees and customers are tripping over each other. By the time that customers take the time to get service issues addressed, they don't want to be stressed out by the functioning failures of the dealership. Bringing the car wash ability back to the site needs to be addressed sooner rather than later. Customers shouldn't have to drive to Centralia to get the car wash in conjunction with their service that they are accustomed to receiving automatically. onsite. All of these comments are consistent with growing pains, but they should be transparent to the customers. More

Quick and efficent, Lloyd was great I was in Chehalis for the day visiting my sister. Car kept dying on me. I took it to the Ford dealership, as a walk in. Lloyd, the service manager too I was in Chehalis for the day visiting my sister. Car kept dying on me. I took it to the Ford dealership, as a walk in. Lloyd, the service manager took my car right away. Lloyd called within the hour with the diagnosis, ordered the part and had my car repaired and back on the road by 3:30!
