He was very knowledgable about the truck that we were looking at. He helped us to find the best deal possible, and then took the time to show us how to use all the options that we weren't familiar with. However, I was listened to and asked a couple questions to help clarify my concern. I felt listened to and validated. The cause of the noise was identified, a bad wheel bearing, and replaced. Throughout the entire process, I was kpet informed of what was being done to the car and treated with repect ! Excellent service We were able to look at the dealers inventory online and select a car. We were then able to call ahead and make an appointment to view this car.
