It is always high pressure, and we have often left leaving feeling rushed through and pressured to buy something that we weren't happy with. We worked with Bill at Awesome Ford. He was very knowledgable about the truck that we were looking at. He helped us to find the best deal possible, and then took the time to show us how to use all the options that we weren't familiar with. The environment was very low stress, and we left feeling like the Staff at Awesome Ford cared about us and our experience there. However, I was listened to and asked a couple questions to help clarify my concern. I felt listened to and validated. The cause of the noise was identified, a bad wheel bearing, and replaced. Throughout the entire process, I was kpet informed of what was being done to the car and treated with repect !
