I had a horrible experience with this dealership, and I would strongly advise anyone to avoid it at all costs. From the start, the entire process was a nightmare. The negotiation was painfully difficult, and every time I turned around, my salesperson was swapped out—sometimes every five minutes. I ended up spending six hours at the dealership, only to find that every time the paperwork was sent to the mysterious office in the back, something was missing. They kept asking me to fill in my signatures and were practically pressuring me the entire time. Every time I would review, something was off. In the end, I was promised that the tires, which were in awful condition, would be replaced. After agreeing to a deal, I was told that they would only give me used tires, and I had to pay an extra $120 for new ones. I waited four weeks for the new tires to arrive, and when they finally did, they just handed them to me and told me to go pay for the installation. No offer of further assistance—nothing. To top it off, the manager was incredibly disrespectful, and the phone staff was rude and unprofessional. The entire experience was exhausting and frustrating. This place is clearly just out to take as much of your money as possible, without offering any real customer service or follow-through. I would never go back here, and I recommend you look elsewhere for your car needs. Save yourself the hassle and find a dealership that actually cares about its customers. More

They are the worst. I got my engine replaced from them and had a warrenty for 100,000 miles. They couldn’t even oblige to their warranty policy.
