My husband flew from California to Texas to purchase a suburban from the dealership. When he arrived, the car had 37K, not 33K miles as listed and they had the audacity to update the listing while he was suburban from the dealership. Complete service records were not provided as requested. Fees that were agreed to be remove were not removed. Didn’t bother to detail the car. Unfortunately, this was a very unsavory experience filled with dishonesty and gaslighting - we did not purchase the vehicle. A significant amount of time and money was wasted in travel to get the vehicle. Would not recommend. More

The Salesman Daniel was great. Kind not pushy, very knowledgeable and polite. Found the vehicle we liked the most and worked up a deal. Drove it home and had a message come up that had to do with the safety system of the vehicle. Next day took it back to Aztec for them to figure issue out. Found out vehicle had an issue with air bag and had to order one but because of the model the part was not available yet. We bought this vehicle in September 2024 after several months we finally get vehicle back and it was dirty and had stains everywhere. I’ve never had these issues with other vehicles I’ve purchased and because of this I likely would not recommend Chevrolet and after getting my vehicle in this condition after months of being in the shop I would not recommend Aztec Chevrolet.
