They lied to us when they stated our used RV was in top shape and ready to roll! Issue with the water heater, loose wires hanging down, plus a missing wood strip, a dirty mattress and a defective Catalytic shape and ready to roll! We are done with their lies and poorly run service department. I do not recommend them!!! More

We found an rv, gave them $10k down payment contingent on terms we had agreed on. Everything RV-dealer related is slimy. B. Young RV was no different, so I rated them average. Everything with the sales person went well. We made our agreements and we signed the papers. During delivery, when the parts dept took over the delivery process, things got pretty nasty, and the salesman was unavailable that day. He seemed to think everything that was promised or agreed to, was made up by me, just to steal from the parts department. He even asked, "what else are we supposed to give you for free?" I blew. A manager stepped in and defused the situation. I wont say I'll never go back, as they are no different than any other dealer, but I wont look forward to it. More

The service dept failed to take care of issues before picking up so we ended up waiting an hour til they half assed corrected problem. I complained about the issues to the management about the Service dept doing a half xxx job. Our Salesman David Martin went out of his way and drove 1 1/2 hours to our home and corrected the issues with our new RV. My wife did not want to put things in the RV until corrected. She sat with Dave and watched as the problems were corrected. Thanks Dave for all your help you did say you had our backs just didn't think you would go so much above and beyond. The only reason I rated this a four is because of the Service Dept at BYoung RV. We learned one thing we would never deal another Salesman Dave won our hearts. Lloyd R. Ballantyne More

Sold us a Lemon In Sept. of 2017 We purchased a Class c motorhome from B young. I talked to sales manager and he said they would work a deal on something else and help us out. They wanted me to pay the asking price on another RV and give me $20,000.00 less than we paid for ours. WOW what a great deal, NOT!. My recommendation is don't buy from B Young. More

Took it in for servicing and while there in the service department, the trailer was damaged, with scrapes along one side of the trailer and a broken fender on the same side. They refused to accept responsibility for the damage, questioning whether I was telling them the truth. Then there was a long delay in any response from them concerning the damage. Called the service department many times and service department manager would not answer the phone or call me back. Gave his receptionist excuses to relay to me. Finally, after many attempts at contacting him, he offered to repair the trailer and split the cost between them and me. I asked for an estimate, which was exorbitant, and clearly and shamefully padded to double the cost of repairs (over $900). I elected to repair the trailer myself. Ordered trim paint from T&B trailer manufacturer for $35, used some repair putty on the fender, and spray painted the scrapes and fender. Took about 30 minutes. I was treated so disrespectfully by them that I will never do business again with them, and I will never recommend them for any purchases by friends and acquaintances. Terrible experience. More
