I was an out of state purchaser, so there was a LOT MORE trust required as I was buying a car sight unseen. Cliff was an amazing partner who made the overall process very easy and accommodated the fact that I needed to minimize my time in the dealership and hit the road for my drive home. Everyone I worked with was very helpful. My overall experience was very positive and I would both recommend and personally contact Clint for future Audi purchases.

Kharmin was very helpful and made the car buying experience easy. After working with previous dealerships that cared more about the bottom dollar than the customer, it was nice to have a change in view with Audi of Beaverton. Getting in and out within two hours is amazing!
"Always get a second opinion"
I recently took my Audi A4 in for service. I've been taking my Audi to the dealership for oil changes and service since I purchased the car in 2006. This last time I was told that I needed my rear brake hoses replaced due to cracking. They quoted the service @ $825. Being a woman and worried that I was potentially being taken advantage of, I decided to get a second opinion. I took my car to a local reputable mechanic that specializes in Audi, BMW & VWs. Not only did they quote the service at less than half the price the dealership service dept did, but they also said it sounded fishy and asked me to bring my car in so they could take a look at no charge. I took my car in and there was no issue found with the brake hoses - they even showed me. Needless to say I'm very disappointed with the crooked practices that seem to be in place at the service dept. Always get a second opinion.
