I'm from Missouri and purchased a car in June 2021 from BM Motor cars. During negotiations and on the day of purchase I was repeatedly informed about the 90 day 3000 mile warranty that came with the car. BM Motor cars. HOWEVER, the warranty is only good for repairs done at the dealership. While it does state this in fine print on the warranty paperwork it never came up during negotiations. So if you do not live close to the dealership the warranty is worthless. On the drive home I had a drive train malfunction light come on the 2016 BMW 435i x drive I bought from them not 5 hours earlier that day! The repairs cost me $4500. Read the fine print before buying from them. An expensive lesson indeed. More
