Called me a month after I signed the contract to tell me they're unable to register the car because they could not get the title. Even though I was upset I worked with them to return the car. They gave me a refund on the down payment, but they're dragging their feet with paying off the financing which I am still being held responsible for! Moreover, the car is now being sold at another dealership, so now I'm financed for someone else's car!! Stay away! Arthur is super supportive and patient. BM Motor Cars is lucky to have him, because I was about to leave the offer due to unfair dealership fees. Thankfully he made it right and got my signature. More
