This business is a total joke and a total fraud. I wasted over $1200 for airplane tickets among other things to travel from Columbus to Newark to pickup a car which I negotiated and signed paperwork for ahea over $1200 for airplane tickets among other things to travel from Columbus to Newark to pickup a car which I negotiated and signed paperwork for ahead of time. They lied on my interest rate, made up all kind of fees then give you a discount on them, go above and beyond in the process trying to make the contract look as complicated as possible trying to fool me in order to steal my money. I got my contract in the mail a day before I flew to Newark NJ, I caught every little thing that they made up in that contract to scam to steal my money, I confronted them and they blamed it on computer glitches and assured me that they would fix everything upon my arrival the next day. I arrived at the dealer the next day, the car was ok with a few small scratches on the back tire rims and the driver door leather trim. I was fine with that and I just wanted to get the car and get out of there as fast as I can but guess what? The financing manager printed out the exact same contract and tried to fool me again to sign for it. Like a middle school match teacher I had to grab a pen and show him some basic math that even a five year olds could see wrong. Guess what he said? I am sorry the printer misprinted a couple number again! What is an actual joke! At this moment I knew I made a mistake traveling to New Jersey hence I just want to hop on an airplane to get home so I just booked a ticket and left! Buying a used car is a complicated process there are good honest dealer out there who want to work with you to help you but on the other hand the bad guy will alway try to rip a living out of you just to make as much as profit as they can like this finance manager named Vlar at BM Motor. Shop with Manan Verma Spoke with a different rep about a car I was interested in. Didn't like his style (talking in circles) so I dropped by the dealership and spoke with M Spoke with a different rep about a car I was interested in.
