They bring price of car plus a warranty for broken windows and other nonsense that you don’t need and other fees. Then while negotiating the price they tried saying they decreased the price by $500 when all they did was take $500 off the $1999 broken windshield repair warranty! WHAT GHE??? Then the sales manager makes you wait another 30 minutes and dropped another $250 off the windshield $1999 fee that WE DONT WANT ANY WAY SO NOTHING OFF THE CAR AND ETCHING FEE, EXTRA FEES HERE AND THERE. They try to say the dropped the price of car and insult your intelligence over and over. So we had nothing to do so we played along for an hour then went across the street to BELLE and got a Year new car for less $ with NO HIDDEN FEES!! So nice to sit with an honest business and people at Belle! They do need to improve their inventory but stay away from BM Motorcar.After BM motor car wasted my time, try to sucker me into a BS deal, Jeff, Jasmine, and Brandon kept calling me over and over to harass me after I walked and told them after the 3rd number game of hidden fees, telling them not to call me, and do not insult my intelligence again, they continued to harass me for a week. I blocked their numbers and email. They should’ve been embarrassed of how badly they tried to play around with the numbers to rip me off. It was insulting.. They are the most dishonest people and the worst dealership we encountered while purchasing 4 vehicles in 2019 along the lines of Open Road Chevy in Union who are absolutely the most terrible to date! We have just purchased our 4th vehicle for our kids and have been to at least 12 dealerships. Open Road Chevy the absolute worst EVER! BM Motorcar so awful avoid them, most dealers in the Bronx including Eastchester Auto $2395 Preparation fee for nothing! Any dealership that charges a preparation fee, window etching $299, safety fee and any other BS fees that don’t add up. I do always get the extended bumper to bumper up to 100k miles for $2300 so I don’t have to worry about all the electronics in these cars, or engines, trans, exhaust, converters, a/c with kids going off to college. They have a $100 deductible and done. If a dealer wants to charge anything over $2395 walk and sometimes you can get it reduced or waived!!GOOD LUCK! Call ahead and ask repeatedly for every fee and if they lie when you get there, walk! There’s always another dealer down the road that I’ll have a better deal. When you go there, everything is great. The service is good and they are not pushy. However, be extremely careful because they lie on the numbers to make it seem like you getting a good deal and then when good and they are not pushy. I called in to get information about the car and spoke to someone named Brandon. I explained to him that I was interested in the car and wanted to know about any issues there might be as I would be coming from over an hour away to see it. He made clear there were no issues. I called back to double check that there was nothing I needed to know about the car. I told him I would be buying the car if everything was as he said it was but was coming from far away and wanted all the information I could get. I kept asking about any issues because the price was almost too good to believe and I was buying the car for my daughter who has just started driving. He assured me there were no issues. I told him I was on my way and he said to text him when I got there. When I got there, there was no Brandon. They said he was a phone operator not a sales person. I told the sales person what car I was there to test drive and buy. She looked up the car and said it was a loner car and that the car was not there. She then offered to show me other cars… DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS DEALERSHIP. CLASSIC BAIT AND SWITCH SALES TACTICS. More

Obviously, he wants to make the most money as he Can possibly make for himself. but, at the same time he respects you as the consumer - That’s why I stayed in my seat until we closed a deal... and that’s why I’m writing this review. Jon the finance manager was good too. We had one mishaps with the contract numbers changing slightly, but Jon made it right. So I can’t complain. More
