He was able to print out EVERY A3 in a 150 mile radius just to prove that the car I was buying was priced at the lowest point it could be. We traded in our Toyota Tundra for a newer used one with more miles. The previous owner was a smoker and a painter contractor. Our mechanic found that the brakes were worn, otherwise mechanically the vehicle was good. They fixed that before the sale and treated the car for smell. After signing all the paperwork, I discovered that the rear window was partially detached. Vlad, the sales manager, gave me an IOU slip and had it fixed by their glass contractor At My Home; he also had a set of spare keys made for me. Then while driving around I discovered the horn did not work - and it was not the fuse, but the spiral switch/cable (whatever). Vlad had agreed to reimburse me on that. So, in general, buyer beware when buying any used car anywhere if it does not have a pre-owned coverage. I recommend of being a diligent buyer, even more diligent than the seller, and walk if you don't like the situation. I recommend doing business with Vlad, and insist that he is involved in your negotiations with the sales guy. He is very fair. Don't go for any 2K gimmicks. The service staff is very nice, but does not seem to be well organized. More
