Quick Resolution on a Saturday Afternoon I rarely go to a dealer for service. In this case, I was stuck. Saturday afternoon with a flat run flat tire. Called BMW Cleveland at 12:15. They said if I got it in by 12:45, they’d have the tire replaced by 3:00p closing time. Friendly staff and I really appreciated them getting the car in. Seemed like some bureaucracy, however. Spoke to parts, first. Tire was in stock, but they had to transfer me to service to schedule. Service then had to call parts to confirm if the job could be done, same day. Parr’s didn’t answer, so service had to walk across the dealership to ask the question. Not real efficient. Dropped the car off and greeted by a friendly intake team. Had to go inside to fill out paperwork and meet with a service coordinator- not a quick process. She was very friendly but not on top of her game. “So, why are you here?” “Well, I have a flat tire”. “And what’s the problem?” “Well, it’s flat.” “Oh, ok”. Anyhow, id recommend BMW Cleveland to anybody who likes working with a dealership. Id use them again for something my own mechanic couldn’t do. More

Great service! Danielle is a great service person who always writes up the work to be done ahead of time. She notifies you if there is anything else that needs to be done with a price. The car is ready when stated and she provides a loaner when necessary. My car is clean when I arrive. Since we purchased new winter tires, Danielle notified me the next day of a rebate and also allowed for a $20 credit on the alignment. The coupon for the alignment was in the car when we picked up the car. More

Basic service Just had my Z4 service and new tires installed. As usual the service department was outstanding. I’m very particular about wheel alignments. This service center is the only service center I trust to do a wheel alignment on my BMW. Steering wheel is always straight and true. I have been buying BMWs from this dealership for over 20 years and having all my BMW Service hear. I have never had a complaint. I highly recommend this dealership. More

Horrible up-selling. Ruined he brand for me Brought the vehicle for an exhaust system recall repair. Previous "battery discharging" message reset by itself. Dealer wanted $149 to "diagnose". At warranty service check-in was told that I was "3,000 miles from my next 10,000 mile routine service". Declined early 10,000 mile service Battery replacement would be about $700 with labor. Declined. Was told that "Brakes were 'due' in 7,000 miles." Declined. Recall work wasn't started in time, despite 7:30 am drop off. Dealer kept the car over the weekend. At Monday pick-up, Dealer presented me with a repair estimate for brakes, plus $149 battery diagnostic fee for a total of $1037. Very nice. Declined all the up-sells at check-in. Dealer did an inspection on a totally unrelated system and tried another up-sell. My experience with dealership is uniformly horrible. As soon as pre-paid maintenance is over, everything is an up-sell. Check-in process is ponderous. Prices obscene. My independent BMW mechanic laughs, and generally wants 30-50% for the identical repairs. BMW Cleveland has ruined my experience with the brand. Sold the vehicle today. Informing all my friends and professional colleagues to avoid this dealer like the plague. More
