Same Afternoon Repair—AWESOME! I was Danielle Hope’s client and I couldn’t have asked for better care. She eased my concerns and kept me updated every step of the way. Reason to go to Classic I felt the rep wasn’t as knowledgeable of service. Although they returned my call but, I always had to leave a voicemail. Car left with damage done. After picking up my car to have the recalls taken care of, my dash is chipped up, the speedometer glass is all scratched, and I have lights on my dash After picking up my car to have the recalls taken care of, my dash is chipped up, the speedometer glass is all scratched, and I have lights on my dash that weren't there when I dropped the car off. I went back the next day to talk to the manager, but she was in a meeting so I emailed her. It's been two weeks and I haven't heard back from the dealership. I'll only give two stars because my service person, Max was great. That's all. More

Oil change much longer than expected and bad attitude I was quoted 1-1.5 hours for an oil change. I returned back to the dealership after 1.5 hours and was told it would be at least another hour. The serv I was quoted 1-1.5 hours for an oil change. I returned back to the dealership after 1.5 hours and was told it would be at least another hour. The service advisor had a patronizing attitude - told me that he was sorry but then talked to himself after he walked away. I don’t appreciate this situation while paying a huge lease for a luxury vehicle. More
