Great service!! Driving my 740i nearly 600 miles to attend a funeral of a long time friend that I could not risk missing; I discovered I had a small fuel leak in an area that was previously supposed to attend a funeral of a long time friend that I could not risk missing; I discovered I had a small fuel leak in an area that was previously supposed to have been fixed by a (non-dealer) BMW “specialist” back home. Beverly was very reassuring, getting me in the afternoon. The mechanic was competent and well spoken. He showed me where the problem was and went straight to work fixing it. He also showed me a couple of other areas I could look into but didn’t need to be addressed immediately. I chose Cleveland BMW because of the comments I read on line on my smart phone. Now I am glad to add my own praise of BMW Cleveland. They are a class act have an excellent service department. Thank You Very Much! Joe from SC More
I was pissed that I had to bring my brand new 335i in to get fixed. But the service I received was great they were ready for me when I pulled in the front door. They provided me with a 5 series with 2k mile get fixed. But the service I received was great they were ready for me when I pulled in the front door. Since the first time I have had nothing but good things to say about everyone I have taked with there. I will buy my next BMW there because they have earned my business. More
Formerly a loyal customer at BMW Cleveland for many years. Nice facilities and quality of service performed is high. But ultimately, this dealership cares more about being rated by BMW as a "Center of years. Nice facilities and quality of service performed is high. But ultimately, this dealership cares more about being rated by BMW as a "Center of Excellence" than they do their customers. Actually had a client service advisor ask me about the "confidential" ratings I gave on an online follow-up survey once. Very unprofessional. It's sad that even when you spend $40 or 50k for a new BMW, they give you an Enterprise Rent-A-Car to drive while your car is being serviced instead of an identical BMW. Wasn't like that when I first started going there. Would not recommend BMW Cleveland to a friend. More
I purchased my BMW X5 out of state and went to BMW Cleveland to ask them to explain a few things to me about the vehicle. The service manager was not nice or helpful and it seemed like he didn't want Cleveland to ask them to explain a few things to me about the vehicle. The service manager was not nice or helpful and it seemed like he didn't want to help because I didn't purchase my BMW from their dealership. My car will need to be serviced but I WILL NOT be going there. I'll drive 30 miles to another BMW service department. More
