Have been going to BMW of Arlington for over 15 years. Have purchased two 750I from this dealership, but my last trip to the repair shop disappointed me. I was getting errors messages on my 2021 750I and Have purchased two 750I from this dealership, but my last trip to the repair shop disappointed me. I was getting errors messages on my 2021 750I and I took it in to see what was wrong. The technician looked at the car and stated that I need to replace all of my camera sensors at a cost of over $6,000. I then took my car to another BMW dealership and the technician informed me that the left camera sensors had come out of the bracket and that is why I was getting error messages. The technician at this dealership put the sensor back in the bracket and I have not gotten a error message since. I feel that the technician at BMW of Arlington was run a high repair bill and I will no longer go to BMW of Arlington to get repairs. That is a shame because that is the only dealership that had ever worked on my cars over the years. More

I recently reached out to BMW of Arlington about a pre-owned 2025 BMW M340i X-Drive because I wanted to compare it to a BMW M3 Competition. As soon as I submitted my online inquiry, Ty Rivers got in t pre-owned 2025 BMW M340i X-Drive because I wanted to compare it to a BMW M3 Competition. As soon as I submitted my online inquiry, Ty Rivers got in touch with me immediately and answered every question I had about both vehicles. We discussed the two trades I was considering, and Ty was able to get one of my trade-ins quoted sight unseen just from a few photos, with my other trade evaluated when I came in. Ty set me up for a test drive in the M340i X-Drive and, remembering my interest in the M3 Competition, he brought out an absolutely stunning Frozen Gray Metallic M3 Competition X-Drive that checked every box for me exactly how I would have spec’d it if I ordered it new. Ty worked out numbers for both trade-ins and gave me clear scenarios for choosing the M340i versus the M3. I really appreciated that Ty and the managers didn’t play games or lowball my trades they gave me their best offer right away. There was no endless haggling or wasted time just straightforward, fair numbers that made me feel confident trading in two vehicles for my dream M3. While we waited for finance, Shantae Henderson went above and beyond by taking photos of me with my new car and my awesome sales rep Ty. Shantae also took her time helping me pair my phone, walked me through every feature and customization on the M3, and made sure I felt completely comfortable with all the new tech. She patiently asked if I had any questions and really cared that I left feeling confident in my new car. In finance, Arya Farahmand was amazing. Not only did he make sure I had the right coverages, but he took the time to explain every protection plan in detail we had a great discussion about what I actually needed. Arya went out of his way to get me every BMW credit and incentive I qualified for. As an M3 owner himself, he gave me valuable advice about the break-in period and tips for protecting my new car that I wouldn’t have known otherwise. That night I left with my new Frozen Gray Metallic BMW M3 Competition X-Drive and left one of my trades with BMW of Arlington, the next day Ty took an hour long Uber to my house to pickup my 2nd trade that had been quoted sight unseen. Talk about above and beyond customer service! Ty saved me a very long trip, and went above and beyond to make sure I didn’t have to spend a minimum of 2-hours + on the road to drop off my trade and get back home. BMW of Arlington continues to impress our family every time. My father-in-law bought his BMW here. My wife got her first BMW here when other dealers wouldn’t give her the time of day, then customized her second BMW here a couple of years ago. I finally gave BMW of Arlington a shot and I don’t regret it one bit, now I can’t imagine going anywhere else. With a team like Ty, Shantae, Arya, and the rest of the BMW of Arlington staff, I know we’ll be back for our next BMW without question. Thank you all for making this such an exceptional experience!
