Purchased the wheel and tire package. I came in today for a tire repair. The tire had a slit in the sidewall and I was told that I could not use the plan since the tire had no leak. She literally told me when the tire blows to come back. I purchased a $500 tire that should have been covered. I know that sidewall damage is a safety risk and BMW should know this, as well. The staff was AMAZING from the time we pulled in to the service bay till the time we left. Rhyle was thorough and attentive of my cars needs and offered educational points since we are new to the BMW famil service bay till the time we left.
