This place is terrible, the only thing they they have going for them is their name and size. I went in the other day to get a battery. The price was ridiculous, over $500. however, they did complete it i going for them is their name and size. I went in the other day to get a battery. The price was ridiculous, over $500. however, they did complete it in a timely manner. The place is a zoo, they are unorganized, people are running around, there is no set uniform, the receptionists are unreceptive, employes are unfriendly, employees yell to communicate with others and the valets are rough on the cars. I specifically told the servicer advisor not to put the car through the was and he did, when I told him he never apologized and said if your not happy take your business else where! Don't think the collision center is any better, trust me. More
It's rare that I do an online review, but I would like to commend Dino Belotti of Vista BMW’s service dept. for the exceptional “above and beyond” care he has provided my vehicles and family througho like to commend Dino Belotti of Vista BMW’s service dept. for the exceptional “above and beyond” care he has provided my vehicles and family throughout the years. Dino has bent over backward for me so many times I have lost count. He helped my wife out of numerous pinches (even outside his normal job description). One time he even stayed three hours into the start of his vacation just to make sure my needs were completely satisfied. Dino is just like family and is a large part of why we have remained BMW brand loyal for over 12 years. Thanks goes out to Vista BMW for employing Dino; exceptional is an understatement!! Jeff M. I sincerely had a great service experience at Vista and the pre-owned department took incredible care of my Dad a few weeks ago. Thomas Wulk, my Service Advisor, took excellent care of me on Sunday whe the pre-owned department took incredible care of my Dad a few weeks ago. Thomas Wulk, my Service Advisor, took excellent care of me on Sunday when my serpentine belt broke on my M5... not quite a warm feeling on a $100k+ care. Not only did Tom joke around with us while we were there, but he got us a loaner on Sunday (which none were available), and kept me updated throughout the 2 days they had it. The got the warranty company to cover most everything, including "gray area" items, and was returned washed. Very happy with the transparency, communication, and genuine concern for the customer. Maybe it was just this advisor, but I highly recommend this dealership for service. For my Dad, a couple issues came with his 2011 5-series, but the salesperson took care of everything weeks later... and footed the $1100 repair bill. Quite frankly, they could have told us to screw off, and we feared that over the week or two after delivery. Nothing major, just expensive parts and time consuming labor. Again, great experience and highly recommended. More
This dealership are the biggest crooks out there. DO NOT do business with them. FEB 2012 i haD issues with my car were the gears wers skipping on a M3 under 100k miles (2003). i brought it in for service. B do business with them. FEB 2012 i haD issues with my car were the gears wers skipping on a M3 under 100k miles (2003). i brought it in for service. BMW called me back & said it was the hydrolic pump that needed to be replace, i said fix it. They called back again & said the clutch needed to be replaced as well, i said fix it. They then again called & said the fuel pump needed replacing for the car to work fine I said fix it. the bill was OVER 15k!!! BMW USA got 5k off (GOOD WILL). All in all spent a little over 11k to fix the car. 6 & a half months later the car is giving the same symptoms. i brought it in & they said its now the #2 fuel injector but is not sure thats the issue (To confirm the failure it must be moved to another cylinder. It is possible there is another issue causing the fault) & want me to pay another $525 when the previous work is warrantied. So basically they have no clue if thats even whats wrong & want more MONEY!!! in addition the service agent calls back AGAIN & said the pullies that support the belts need replacing & thats another $225 plus tax! This dealership is a bunch of CROOKS looking to get over on people. I would stay far from VISTA BMW COCONUT CREEK!!!! More
It seems everytime I get my car back from this dealer someone intentionally scratches my paint. Maybe the angry valets. Maybe the carwash? I would try one of the higher rated dealers either in Lauderdale someone intentionally scratches my paint. Maybe the angry valets. Maybe the carwash? I would try one of the higher rated dealers either in Lauderdale or West Palm Beach. Dont trust them with your expensive BMW, they will treat it like a Chevy Cavalier More
First time on the service department and will never return. I left my pre-owned 328i (bought 6 months ago)for 60,000 miles maintenance after received the quote for $275 and ended up paying $ 308.00 for return. I left my pre-owned 328i (bought 6 months ago)for 60,000 miles maintenance after received the quote for $275 and ended up paying $ 308.00 for check and oil change($10 fee for shop supplies despite parts replaced cost $ 65.00). Steve Cohen explained that the maintenance was already due last year (sales never told that was due). The worst thing is I expected to have muy car washed and vacummed as it says on the representative's desk (courtesy of the dealer) but they bring it more dirty than clean. Finest cars should be cleaned on a professional manner (most Mercedes Benz dealeres do this for free) but mine looks like a cheap BMW. When I complained about this, Steve Cohen said our "courtesy" car wash is done by the machine ($ 5.00 on any gas station). Ironically, this "representative" has a shiny picture on his desk of a red muscle american GTO car. More
I have purchased 2 used BMWs (Z4 and 750LI)form Vista Coconut Creek over the past 2 1/2 years. Both cars have been serviced there (several times) and I have had body work competed and wheels on both vehi Coconut Creek over the past 2 1/2 years. Both cars have been serviced there (several times) and I have had body work competed and wheels on both vehicles tires refinished. I can honestly say that I have never had an unpleasant experience and I felt that negotiations/pricing were reasonable at purchase and servicing. The few mechanical problems I've experienced were properly handled under either the initial warranty or extended warranty which I purchased ($50 co-pay for each visit). By and large, I found the service techs knowledgeable and only once did I have to return because the initial problem was misdiagnosed. All in all I guess my experiences are at polar opposites with many of the negative ones cited here. More
Took car in for idling problem and new front tires. Car returned with many more paint chips and scratches on front end, hood, side mirrors, and windshield. Invoice said car was driven 1 mile while the odo returned with many more paint chips and scratches on front end, hood, side mirrors, and windshield. Invoice said car was driven 1 mile while the odometer said the car was driven 21 miles. The service personnel who test drove the car said at most they drove it for 9 miles (3 different people drove the car). The new tires clearly had a thick layer of gray-white dirt on them from being driven on a dirt/gravel surface where small rocks could have been thrown up and cause the paint damage. The service personnel were extremely rude and insulting and would do nothing to explain the evidence of the car being driven more than reported on a surface other than a normal road and would do nothing to address the damage that was not there when I dropped off the car. Instead they treated me like garbage. I will not be going there again and I am not likely to buy a BMW in the future as a result of this experience. More
My family has multiple BMW's. I have been an excellent BMW customer for years. I must say my experience with the Vista BMW service department was horrible. I was mislead and even lied to about my car be BMW customer for years. I must say my experience with the Vista BMW service department was horrible. I was mislead and even lied to about my car being fixed. I left my car overnight and was promised to have it fixed in a couple of hours. After purchasing an 18-month $4000 BMW Platinum extended warranty, I got a call the next day by STEVE COHEN (service advisor) saying my car would not be covered under warranty. It was not only disappointing, but presented in an extremely rude and arrogant manner. As much as my family believes in BMW vehicles, I would strongly recommend to avoid this dealership at all costs. There are other BMW dealers in the South Florida area who have excellent customer service and truly care about their customers. West Palm Beach and Ft. Lauderdale both have dealerships that are MUCH better choices. Again, avoid this service department or you will be writing your own NEGATIVE review !!! More
I have been going to Vista BMW for many years. I have NEVER had a problem. They are extremely professional and have a great deal of knowledge. They have always explained to me what is wrong with my car. NEVER had a problem. They are extremely professional and have a great deal of knowledge. They have always explained to me what is wrong with my car. The price is right. I can't say enough GOOD THINGS about them. I read some negative things on this site. Maybe the people were nasty to the employees and then they were treated the way they treat people. I am in Sales and know the public can be very difficult. Lisa in Boca Raton More
