It was a pleasant experience purchasing vehicle, but must say that the delivery of vehicle was subpar. Vehicle was dirty inside, touch ups had not been done, and after having an appt. There was no one availa say that the delivery of vehicle was subpar. Vehicle was dirty inside, touch ups had not been done, and after having an appt. There was no one available to go over usage of car. Felt disappointed after spending $65k on a used certified vehicle to have this end of service. Was told to come back another day, even though it is a 45 minute drive to get there. Also noticed it is missing 2 “screws” that attach fender to frame! Would have expected them to make everything good when they inspected vehicle. More
