My visit to BMW North Scottsdale was to buy a new battery. From the minute I pulled up I was greeted with a smiling face from the service person. Matt explained to me what was going to happen and put me in a loaner car and sent me on my way. He told me he would check everything out. I got a call from Matt the following day and he advised me that not only did I need a new battery but that also I had been driving on a really bad tire that needed to be changed. Matt also had the oil changed, a power steering hose fixed, and the tire replaced. I can't imagine driving any other car than a BMW. The service department is awesome. More

I called Mr. Backman first thing on Monday morning letting him know that my car had a problem and to see when I could bring it in. He told me to bring it in right away.
