I had been to the 2 other BMW stores in town and got a sales person that did not know the product and did not take the time to assist me the way I would expect of a BMW store. Then I met Scott Bilgo. He sales person that did not know the product and did not take the time to assist me the way I would expect of a BMW store. Then I met Scott Bilgo. He was genuine and sincere and took the time to answer all my questions. I did not feel pressured in any way. I ended up driving the 328i and fell in love with my dream car. The whole process was painless and hastle free. When I was signing my documents the finance person told me that Scott was one of the top client advisors in the nation. I can see why. If you want a BMW go see Scott at BMW North Scottsdale. The entire staff there is friendly and I finally felt appreciated as a customer. More
I brought my old bmw 325i in for a second opinion regarding service. I asked the employee who answered the phone how much a diagnostic was. The woman on the other end told me the diagnostic was fre regarding service. I asked the employee who answered the phone how much a diagnostic was. The woman on the other end told me the diagnostic was free and they will have a loaner car for me. I'm thinking "Great!" I made an appointment and brought my car in. The service person who wrote up the order, Logan, was rubbing his crotch back and forth along the desk while standing. (This made me feel uncomfortable and I probably should have left then.) I tell Logan I'm bringing the car in for a free diagnostic. He told me, "we pay our mechanics and we don't have free diagnostics." I told Logan what I was told when I initially phoned in...that didn't matter to Logan. Long story short, I got a loaner from the Hertz outfit behind the dealership which I had to pay for. When I picked the car up I spoke to a manager about the conflicting information I was given over the phone and from Logan about free diagnostics. The manager still charged me for the diagnostic but said he would follow up on it as they tape their phone calls. I did get a call back from the manager who confirmed I indeed was told the diagnostic was free. He also told me that they (BMW North Scottsdale) have taken the free diagnostic out of the script for their call center employees. I appreciated the follow up on the manager's part. I did not receive a refund on my diagnostic and I did not get a BMW loaner car. (At the time I was in the market for a new BMW.) Needless to say, bought a BMW, but not from this dealership. Didn't like the "bait and switch tactics" and service employee rubbing crotch while a customer was in front of him. Lastly, when I was on the floor looking at new cars no one even came over and said hello to me. Doesn't seem like they're too excited about selling cars. I want to br I pocalled this dealership brought my More
I recently had a best offer accepted on my dream car, an '05 M3 Competition package, through ebay, from an online dealer in Phoenix (I live in Iowa). Had the offer contingent on pre-purchase inspection. I w '05 M3 Competition package, through ebay, from an online dealer in Phoenix (I live in Iowa). Had the offer contingent on pre-purchase inspection. I was very concerned buying a car site unseen. Talked to Mark Kaiser before my offer was accepted and he assured me that he could do a thorough inspection, and make sure the car was good to go. Talked directly to Mark through the whole process. Got a call from him stating that the vehicle had several mechanical issues (still under factory 4yr/50k warranty), which wasn't a deal breaker... Also, found out the car had been repainted all least once, and to a very poor quality. It had pits, and cracked paint. Needed an entire paintjob, ($5-$6k) Long story short, I contacted the internet dealership, and they haven't responded. Mark saved me from buying a lemon! He even felt so bad for me that I didn't even get charged for the inspection!! (don't expect same deal) :) Stand up guy, managing a great service department. Couldn't have asked for anything more. Would recommend to anyone. More
We took our 2006 325 ci in for a knocking sound in the left door when you put the window down. We had arranged to bring it in for that and also the center console was peeling. I waited and was shocked to left door when you put the window down. We had arranged to bring it in for that and also the center console was peeling. I waited and was shocked to find that they had the console part and also were replacing the window part. I was greeted well and was kept current by Jeff regarding the repairs. The down side but up side was about a hour after getting home the glass had broken. They had a tow truck here and the car back in and all was resolved at no charge. Very pleased I can't give a # 5 for friendliness as the cashier appeared bored and just didn't seem really to care. What a shame when everyone else was doing a super job. More
My experience was great!! I went to Chapman BMW because of their newspaper ad only to find out they didn't even have the car they were advertising. After leaving in disgust I met Scott Bilgo @ BMW North S of their newspaper ad only to find out they didn't even have the car they were advertising. After leaving in disgust I met Scott Bilgo @ BMW North Scottsdale. He took the time to show me the nuances of leasing and decoding the ads. I am proud to say I am driving a new 5 Series and I love it. I would recommend Scott to anyone that wants a BMW. More

Bought a 2007 525 bmw, had problems with steering as soon as I drove off the lot. Service dept. replaced two front tires that had "flattened" from being on the showroom floor which was blamed on the Arizona as I drove off the lot. Service dept. replaced two front tires that had "flattened" from being on the showroom floor which was blamed on the Arizona heat. Hard to believe in an air conditioned building. Was also told "things that men make will break" was that supposed to make me feel better? Now, 2 weeks later, the sun roof rattles, the back doors will not unlock with the key fob or the internal controls, the telescopic steering function does not work at all and the car lags on acceleration. Going from a Lexus to a BMW has been the worst experience. I love the car, hate the service and would never buy another car from them again. More

After spending over two hours at another local BMW dealer who wouldn't honor BMW website's 'special' price offers, I departed BMW North Scottsdale shortly after I first entered... with a new 325i. The North who wouldn't honor BMW website's 'special' price offers, I departed BMW North Scottsdale shortly after I first entered... with a new 325i. The North Scottsdale facility is new and far nicer than any other in the Phoenix area. Since then, both Steve and the dealership's GM have contacted me to confirm that I was happy with my experience. As I conveyed to BMW via their phone survey, I could not be more pleased and have already recommended to a friend that she contact Steve for a potential new BMW acquisition. All things considered... a positive experience! More
