Despite this experience I would still recommend this dealership as they ensured I was processed quickly and informed of work as it progressed. In the past my service experience was exemplary. I shopped dealership as they ensured I was processed quickly and informed of work as it progressed. In the past my service experience was exemplary. I shopped the two BMW dealerships in Oregon and unfortunately made the decision based on prior service experience. My goal was an auto detail and oil change. They had an enticing price of $189 for the deluxe for a grand total of about $285. I have had my vehicle detailed before for under $150 with better results. I was told they didn't use shampoo to clean and do not as per policy, I extracted a pen from between the seats and paper. The leather was just vacuumed and wet wiped. There are still small debris in the stitching. The ceiling of the car was not touched.... The exterior... It was buffed but appears to be a spray on wax. There are micro swirl/scratch marks throughout. Exterior mirrors do not appear to have been cleaned. Logan apologized and said he was embarrassed. He offered to vacuum it out again in the future. This is nice but the vacuuming was not the complaint. I was told on the phone during the appointment made it was the same detail treatment performed on cars being sold. I disagree. After calling competitors I find that Kuni uses shampoo and a vacuum extractor, does crevice work(the cleaning I'm not equity to perform) and cleans the inside roof of the car along with the hand wax. Is my expectation off? I can get the same interior clean at the carriage house in Beaverton for under $30. As I said, service is normally good here and the crew is helpful. Car detailing? No, don't do it! I will try my BMW elsewhere. I was told that Uptown does Rasmussen's detailing. Maybe this is the reason the normal service bar failed to deliver. After discussion with other BMW enthusiest I have learned that this dealership is no longer Rasmussen rather another Affiliate hence the name BMW Portland. This may be the reason for the service shift. William More

I primarily worked with Kourosh in internet sales experience couldn't have been better; competitive pricing, quick negotiation and smooth delivery. I primarily worked with Kourosh in internet sales for specing/pricing & Clint for delivery but the whole team there was great. More
