On a road trip and ran into a problem on a Saturday afternoon at 1:00. Call SLO BMW and spoke to Rick. He assured me I could drive the 30 miles safely and they would look at my car. He had the techn afternoon at 1:00. Call SLO BMW and spoke to Rick. He assured me I could drive the 30 miles safely and they would look at my car. He had the technician look at the problem, twice, as I thought he may have missed a little hidden leak. Three hours later on a Saturday, I received the good news that all was fine and I was back on the road. Rick, was upbeat and calm, he made what could have been a disaster into a pleasant afternoon. We were traveling cross country and had a Parking Brake fault with our X5. Connor was able to get us in and resolve the issue. My review focuses on the service department. Connor is always helpful when I take my car for service or a problem with my X5. Today was no different. My rear window wiper was not working and he had servic always helpful when I take my car for service or a problem with my X5. Today was no different. My rear window wiper was not working and he had service diagnosis the problem. The result was the motor was not connected therefore, it did not work. While I was there he also checked my service record. It was time for service. He suggested we take care of it today so I would not need to return in the near future. I am happy to say, Connor makes going to the service department a positive experience. Thank you Connor and the service department!! More
