What a breath of fresh air to meet and work with Adriana, who booked my service appointment, and Conner who took care of me. Conner was prompt, smiling, efficient, called back with bad news but good advice, who booked my service appointment, and Conner who took care of me. Long story short Gauge at SLO BMW was amazing to work with. My sister took my car out of town and the vehicle started to overheat.
