Long story short Gauge at SLO BMW was amazing to work with. My sister took my car out of town and the vehicle started to overheat. I made an appointment the night before and was contacted by Gauge first with. My sister took my car out of town and the vehicle started to overheat. I had such a great service experience with Gaige! He was the only one in the service department on a Saturday and there was 7-8 customers he was juggling at one time.
