I chose the car I purchased out of 20 + ads I looked at and 6 cars I test drove because, it had the longest estimated life/miles left in it within my price range and it looked and drove like it was well cared for. The vehicles are the best that I have ever owned. Previously, I would only consider American vehicles, but I have changed my mind completely. (Although it's a bonus that the X3 is made in America). Greg Smith has actually been my sales rep for the past 3 vehicles that I purchased. My wife and I both think he's great. There's no pressure. He works with us. He knows us and knows what we like. I was also very pleased with how Greg searched for the right car and got it in quickly (very quickly). David was very helpful in the finance department and explained several of the add-on features and warranty information. I was given a very fair deal on the new car and received a good trade-in allowance. It was a fantastic experience from start to finish.
