I bought a CPO 2008 X5 from BMW Gallery Norwell and Im very pleased with the deal, the quality of the vehicle, and the integrity of the dealership staff. My wife and I are repeat customers, and I can't imagine buying a new or used car from anyone else. Our salesperson was Heather Bunce who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable along with Alan Zaidan the CPO manager who was also very helpful. I should also mention Lee Oresman in the service department who has been exceptionaly helpful as well. Basically, BMW Gallery Norwell makes its customers feel like they are truly a priority. This is the best dealership I've ever dealt with and the only dealership I will bring my business back to.. More
I purchased a Certified 2006 BMW X5 with ALL the bells and whistles from the Norwell Gallery and I thought at the time I was getting a fair deal. The X5 had less than 35k miles on it, and came with the B and whistles from the Norwell Gallery and I thought at the time I was getting a fair deal. The X5 had less than 35k miles on it, and came with the BMW Certification and warranty. I was also encouraged to buy an extended warranty in addition to the certification which I did for about $2000. After 2 years of ownership I am completely disappointed with this car and the dealership that sold it to me. I have spent more time in the service shop with this suv than any other car I have purchase ranging from Fords ,Subaru's, and Honda's. It turns out the only item covered under warranties is an oil change. Since my purchase we have had problems with the : front head lights, leaking sunroof and ceiling, the coolent casing, heating system, the tire shock system, and unexplained computer errors the car was posting. We also had the car towed to the dealer at one point for a computer check engine message that caused the car to shift while driving which they could not remedy and had the audacity to try to charge me for the technician's time as they had the car for 3 days. None of these items were covered under the warranty!! During our last service call we asked for trade and value and they neglected to provide us the information. Major disappointment, and will never buy a BMW again or reccomend the Gallery. The amount of money we spent on service blows my mind. More
This is the second car that I have purchased from Greg. My family has also purchased cars from BMW Gallery Norwell. I have always had a great experience. Greg is very professional and very thorough. No pressure sales. I told Bob G. that I was shopping around for a BMW 3 series. He mentioned that I should shop around and do my research but come back for a test drive and let to give him a chance to c around for a BMW 3 series. We were in the market for a low-milage BMW 635xi and found just what we wanted. Explanations on systems and operation of our "new," 2008 BMW were thorogh and comprehensive. We had previously purchased two BMW's from BMW Gallery of Norwood with very satisfactory results, but since our daughter recently moved to Hingham - close to the BMW Gallery Norwell dealership - we thought this site would be more convenient for us. We are equally happy with the Norwell dealership, is not more so. More

Starting with the general manager Avery Trumbo, who was fantastic- very knowledgeable, professional, courteous and fair,all the people I dealt with at BMW Gallery were great. The car had to be ordered and I knew just what to expect in terms of the time it would take to arrive. When I went to pick up the car, the process was seamless. Will go back again for my next car. I needed many things serviced with my car; inspection sticker, coolant filled, and the light came on for reduced power. When I called Katherine she said to bring it right in. They had to keep the car and she gave me a loaner for 21/2 days. She called me everyday to keep me informed with what they were doing. When my car was done she worked around my schedule for me to bring the car back. I'm very pleased with BMW Gallery in Norwell and I will continue to go back. More
