Very nice but didn't find the problem! The Service folks who take your information are very through and seemed very interested in what you need BUT being told it doesn't show up on our moni The Service folks who take your information are very through and seemed very interested in what you need BUT being told it doesn't show up on our monitor and it doesn't happened when we try to crank etc etc doesn't help me. Do you think I would take time out of my day to just go visit with a car dealership service department, I think not!!! However, they did take care of two recall issues, which we didn't know about, while we were there so hopefully one of those will take care ofd the issue. More
