Love my BMW, hate this location Blake Willis was a great sales man, very helpful. I purchased my X3 on July 2, 2019 right before a trip to NC. There was a dent in one of the doors and it was pretty dirty considering it was a loaner car. Derek says take the car and when you return from your trip bring it in for a full detail and we will get the dent out. Fast forward to today, I picked my car up the dent is gone but now I have 2 scratches in its place. I was told not much more they can do about it. The car was also not detailed, the original spots I was concerned about are still there and Derek stayed well it was pretty dirty when it arrived!!! I said I can not bring this car home to my husband like this, he then walked away and went back to his office. This is the perfect example of why businesses in Albany, Georgia are frowned upon. I should have went with my gut and purchased from Finnicum. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. More
