Best car buying experience of my life - with one hitch Dmitry was the nicest car salesmen I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He always responded to me right away, negotiated a fair price for the car with me before I came to the dealership and provided me a firm price IN WRITING before I made the trip in to review the car. During the entire experience he was very easy to deal with and never once pressured me to make a decision or move forward. In the end the process of pick up was simple and he spent a good amount of time with me going over the features and how to use everything in the car. The only hitch I had was with the finance manager refusing our initial check for the car as it was from a bank they did not have 'in their network.' (It's PNC, not some small local bank). This required us leaving and making a very inconvenient second trip up to the dealer to pick up the car the following weekend. That being said, I will be happy to recommend Dmitry for any car buyer out there, new or used; and will definitely be going back to him for our next BMW! More
