I had some mixed experiences with this dealership under their prior ownership, so had not used them in a while. Just went back to them for routine service on my 335i and had no issues at all. Our experience was so good we are now leasing our first BMW. We had expected to get another Mercedes sedan but Eduardo’s politeness, helpfulness in finding my fun car and delightful spirit convinced me I c BMW. We had expected to get another Mercedes sedan but Eduardo’s politeness, helpfulness in finding my fun car and delightful spirit convinced me I could love a convertible again - and I am 81 but young at heart! Eddy was perfect to work with and we enjoyed chatting - really chatting! - with him, the sales manager Joe and Brian, in charge of the leasing process. Never any pressure and extremely helpful. If you see an old lady around town in a white BMW with the top down give a toot. 😊 More
