Accommodating, relaxed and easy buying experience Nothing negative to be said about this dealership. He answered questions we had at the time, and true to his word was available a few days later for me to look at a pre-owned X6. Took it for a test drive, and made another appointment a few days later to buy the car. Unlike most buyers, I had two cars to trade in. Daniels was accommodating, and after a few rounds of negotiation we were able to come to an agreement. The buying process was smooth. Paperwork was longer than expected because of the two trades, but Clint was great to deal with. The car was being detailed while we signed papers, and about 30 min after we were heading home in the X6. That was about 3 weeks ago; still in love with this car! Dmitry just checked in today to see how things were going, which I appreciated. I'd buy another car here for sure. Everyone (from the service personnel to the front desk and even the cashier at the service desk) was courteous and wanted to ensure we were being taken care of. I will add that I've been to other BMW dealerships for previous purchases, accompanying friends, or just browsing. Most of the time, no one comes out or cares to check in. It says a lot when a rep takes the time to pay attention to you, even if there's a good chance you're just window shopping (that person could turn into a customer!). Several years ago, I experienced this at Daniels - I was in the parking lot looking at cars right in front of the main building, and no one came out to greet me or ask if I needed help. But seems like things have changed now, which is great. I would definitely buy my next BMW from Daniels. More
