Great Deal; Great to Deal With I had been shopping around for a CPO X4 for several weeks, and I found what I was looking for at Daniel's BMW. I was emailing Dmitry about the one th I had been shopping around for a CPO X4 for several weeks, and I found what I was looking for at Daniel's BMW. I was emailing Dmitry about the one they had in stock, and he was able to get me a price that made the ~100 mile drive worth it. He was also able to get me a fair price for my trade to sweeten the deal. I arrived at Daniel's to find that the dealership was clean, modern, and had a very friendly atmosphere. Dmitry was polite, professional, and attentive. He worked on getting everything lined up (financing, paperwork, etc.) before I arrived so that I could get back on the road in my new car as soon as possible. Being out of state, I had a bit more paperwork to go through than a PA buyer. Clint Peters from finance was well prepared with a stack of paperwork, and his explanation of everything I signed was succinct. Before I knew it, Dmitry was demonstrating all the new features and options of my new car, and stuck around to answer any questions I had. The complimentary aluminum & leather key chains and pen were a nice touch. Despite living far away, I would recommend this dealership to anyone I know who is willing to travel for good prices and great service. More

The worst experience I ever had !!!! I blew a radiator hose 5 min from dealership on my way to philly for a trade show. I realize i did not have a scheduled appointment . I asked if they I blew a radiator hose 5 min from dealership on my way to philly for a trade show. I realize i did not have a scheduled appointment . I asked if they could fit me in quick they said no problem. It's only a radiator hose that I could of done myself in a half hr. They had the hose in stock and took the car in right away. Needless to say that was the beginning of a 7 Hr. wait and a 565.00 dollar bill. The hose cost me 36.00 at advanced auto, they charged me 104.00,it took there " BMW certified mechanic 7 Hrs. to change a hose i could have done in 30 min. in my driveway. I missed the whole trade show and got xxxxx on the cost of the job. Job cost estimator said it should be between 350.00 to $400.00 total. If that mechanic worked for me that would of been his last day on the job. My normal mechanic. said he would of charged me 150.00 to do the exact same job. He told me I should of called him he would of drove to Allentown and fixed it in a parking lot within an hr. of him arriving I would of been on my way. I must thank Daniels BMW for the F_ _ _ ing I got. Its one I will never forget. More
