The environment is state of the art - and the hospitality and attentiveness to their clients is stellar! Dmitry handled everything with class, professionalism, and a nice sense of humor. Fortunately, this car turned up on a Web search just as it was traded in. The dealership and sales associate David Simoes made it easy for me to see and drive the car even before it was even cleaned. Then David worked with me on a price that included only the prep I cared about. He also made sure I received extras such as having the brake rotors replaced rather than turned, and providing touch-up paint. He gently offered added-cost extras (as did Rick Mugione), but didn't press too hard. Both David and Rick made the delivery flawless and they got us off to a great start with our new/old car. After the sale, David tracked down the original manuals and window sticker that I had asked about. He didn't have to do that; I was very pleased with the car and the deal, and I appreciated his ongoing service. Overall, a very smooth, cooperative and rewarding experience, as I think I got a great car at a fair price. More

He's knowledgeable and he does everything! He's the BMW Genius, asst. finance dude, asst sales mgr dude and pretty much everything. It's nice not having to go from office to office to sign paperwork. Plus it just feels much more classy of an atmosphere here compared to other dealers I've dealt with. My only regret is that I'll be moving in a year so I'll have to find a new dealer in Tampa. Nothing but good things to say about the sales and service guys here. You can't go wrong at Daniels BMW! More
