They all made an amazing job. They really seem to work effectively as a unit to provide the best service for their customers.I still miss my previous client advisor, Greg, but Ashley's also great. Once we decided to buy another 328!x Jane went out of her way to make the purchase possible. We did much of the paperwork online. When we arrived at the dealership to pick up the car and finalize the deal Rick, the finance manager, guided us through all the remaining paperwork and changing of the titles. At all times with were treated in a courteous and friendly manner. We purchased our first BMW from Daniels six years ago and have no doubt when we are ready to purchase another BMW Daniels will be our dealership. In addition to the terrific salesperson we have worked with Joe Millington as the Service Rep during the past six years. We have always appreciated the service we received. Daniels BMW does a wonderful job of picking first class staff members. Since this BMW has lots of bells and whistles, Jane Billig was very patient with us and worked us through all the basic controls and encouraged us to call or stop in if we had any questions. More
