She was courteous, friendly, and most importantly, answered all my questions whenever I called (and I had a ton of questions). Jane made sure this was as easy as possible for me. The whole staff could not have been nicer and a shout out to Rick for making the paperwork pressure free. It was obvious he was looking out for me and not trying to push a bunch of unnecessary products. This was a great day for me and it could not have been possible without the staff of Daniels BMW. As I was reading some of the other reviews I noticed that we were just like the person who never really considered purchasing a BMW prior to this purchase. We started looking around and chose to go to Daniels because it is close to home. From the time we walked in to the showroom until we drove off the lot with our new 2016 x3, Susan was super awesome. I started bugging her when it was 3 weeks about delivery of my car. But one reason I emailed Susan was due to the hurricane down south. Susan was extra patient with me which I loved. She said all was good and I should have it within the week. Well she was correct, I did. We ordered the vehicle Sept 19th and we drove off the lot with our x3 on Oct 19th. Thank you Susan soooooo much for your assistance before, during and now after our purchase. And thanks to Daniels BMW I will certainly recommend Susan and the dealership if I ever have the chance to do so,, I am loving my new car. As a master of fact, we just came home from a day in State College, my husband got to use all the new options on the car and he loved it. Nice ride too!, More

I live over two and a half hours away so I really wanted to co I have bought many cars, but this was by far the easiest process from start to finish. I live over two and a half hours away so I really wanted to conduct 95% of this process via email, not phone and not in person. Daniels and Susan espcially were more than willing to accomidate my request. No pressure, no back and forth, just straight foward anwsers to my questions and concerns. I am younger (21 years old) and on my third car now (custom ordered a 2016 BMW M235i X). Car shopping as a "kid" is tough and I do not do business unless they approach me first. After being ignored by Mercedes (even though I already bought one from that exact dealer) they didn't come see me when looking through the lot and same with Audi. Wasn't a BMW fan until I went to Daniels. I cannot express how great Jane Billig and Joe Grazer was. I never felt pressured, twisted, or that any schemes were tried on me. They spelled everything out and worked out a great deal with me on a price and other things I wanted on the car. The day I picked it up went smooth and there was an issue or two with additional things I wanted on the car but they took care of it and didn't settle for okay (ex. the rubber mats I ordered came in with a scratch and they sent me a new set instead directly from the BMW manufacturer within the week. Another issue came up but they took care of it immediately as well. If you are looking for a BMW, GO SEE JANE BILLIG @ Daniels BMW!!! She made the entire experience top notch down to having a bow on my car to walking me through all the features to even hand writing me a card congratulating me on my purchase :) I will highly recommend Daniels to anyone looking for a BMW, even if you live far away. Purchase from Daniels, nowhere else. I know I will! More
