Smooth sales transaction I was offered the BMW Pull Ahead program on my 2011 328xi 33-month lease (gets you out of your current lease up to 6 months ahead of schedule) and had I was offered the BMW Pull Ahead program on my 2011 328xi 33-month lease (gets you out of your current lease up to 6 months ahead of schedule) and had been shopping around for an X1. Daniels BMW offered one of the better price quotes so we (my husband and I) ended up there on a Saturday afternoon. I had extra miles on my 328 (over what the lease allowed) so I knew I was going to have to pay for that. Jane helped us work out the best deal possible, for which I'm really thankful. She was so nice and patient with my husband's endless questions. Once we were ready to sign the paperwork, Joe went through everything with me and didn't try any high-pressure sales techniques for add-on packages, which was refreshing and greatly appreciated. This is my fifth BMW (from four different dealerships) and this was probably the smoothest, easiest experience I've had in leasing/buying a BMW. I would definitely come back to Daniels BMW for my next vehicle. More

I am so glad I listened and reached out to Carrie. Although I was nervous about going through the car buying process, Carrie immediately put me at ease. She was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. She found a vehicle that exactly met the criteria we discussed. The negotiation was more like a discussion. I did not feel pressured, and in the end I was comfortable with my purchase! As the X3 xDrive28d was not available until the 2015 model year, I decided to wait. It is the perfect size for us, between a huge F150 pick up and a Highlander. Daniel's BMW is very close to home and I was hoping to be able to make a deal with them and avoid traveling out of the Lehigh Valley for a new car. Fortunately, after doing my homework, I was able to work with Jane Billing. Jane's professional and upbeat manner, along with her thorough knowledge of the product, enabled me to make a deal for a new BMW and stay in the Lehigh Valley. From the first contact through delivery of the car, working with Jane and Daniel's BMW made the new car buying experience very easy. And, we love the car! More

My client advisor Susan initially assisted me and guided me through my entire BMW purchasing experience. It was my first BMW I bought and Susan went beyond assisting me to help me get the X5 I always wanted! She made sure all of my questions where answered timely and even gave me her personal cell phone number to contact her in case I needed extra tutorial on all the awesome features of my X5. Dan (aka Hugh Grant look alike) and Joe assisted me with making my final purchasing details run smoothly, as they maintained such happy vibes among them the entire time! They are a fun family at Daniels BMW and are willing to go the extra mile (all pun intended) to make sure all details were in order and that I was happy with my new ride! It was my first time purchasing a car on my own (yah me!) and with Susan, Dan and Joe guiding me, I felt they were a trustworthy group, taking care of me as if was there own family member, without having my brother there to assist me. The day I picked up my new BMW, the staff surprised me with it fully detailed, bow wrapped and included gifts with a full staff signed card, since the day I drove my "baby" home was my birthday! Prior to my visit I had positive communications online regarding the car in which I was interested. We were welcomed upon arrival and received exceptional service from Carrie Fortune--from the moment we viewed the car, took the test drive, worked out the details of the purchase price (along with her manager), and ultimately made the deal. One week later I picked up the car and once again received personal service from Carrie as she gave me detailed instructions regarding the use of the car's features/options. It was an extremely positive experience--unlike many others I've had in the past. Car shopping is not my favorite thing to do, but I felt like a valued customer at Daniels!
