We were on the road from upstate NY to DE in order to attend calling hours for a family member. Our time schedule was tight to make it in time. Our run flat time ruptured the side wall and we were worrie attend calling hours for a family member. Our time schedule was tight to make it in time. Our run flat time ruptured the side wall and we were worried about our safety for the long trip. We found Daniels BMW and Mini had the tire in stock, but there was no way we'd arrive in time for the exchange. We spoke with the staff who arranged for personnel to stay a bit late for our arrival. When we arrived, we were greeted with pleasantries and professionalism and rapid service to get us back on the road in time to make the calling hours. The inside staff escorted us to a lounge, offered beverages and snacks while we waiting for the service staff to do their magic for our car. The entire team treated us like family who needed a bit extra help in the wrong time of the day. We are so grateful for the kindness and attention we received. Though we don't live near Allentown and have no prior relationship with Webster and his team, he committed his time to making our visit to the shop a comfortable one and provided us we all the details and followup answers we needed. Thanks so much Daniels BMS. Barbara G More
I've purchased more than one new BMW from them. The last BMW has had nothing but mechanical issues and it is not even 2 years old yet.. No matter who I turn to, I get the run around. BMW has 12 "rules" last BMW has had nothing but mechanical issues and it is not even 2 years old yet.. No matter who I turn to, I get the run around. BMW has 12 "rules" they are supposed to follow when dealing with a customer, this dealership doesn't follow them. The are deceitful and will tell you whatever (but never follow through) just to get you to stop complaining. Meanwhile, you are stuck with a very expensive vehicle that you are afraid to drive. I gave them a rating of good for friendliness because during most of my ordeal, they have been friendly while they were stabbing me in the back. I will not buy another BMW after this experience and I would not recommend this dealership. More
My car died on the highway at about 4:30pm on a Friday while I and my son were en route to New Jersey from Western New York. The BMW roadside service identified Daniels BMW as the nearest dealer but they while I and my son were en route to New Jersey from Western New York. The BMW roadside service identified Daniels BMW as the nearest dealer but they and the on-site Hertz rental service would be closed by the time I was able to be towed there. The receptionist was wonderful and helped me get a rental at the LVI airport; she also let me know that it would be Monday before anyone could look at my car. My car was assessed and repaired and ready for me to pick up early Tuesday morning and I could not have been happier with the emergency service. Todd, the service representative assigned to me was extremely helpful and informative. I could not have had a better experience given the nature of my introduction to Daniels BMW of Allentown. More
I started my car the other morning and it sounded like a helicopter - the engine loud, not firing smoothly, uneven, almost shaking the vehicle body. Service Engine light came on. I immediately called Daniel helicopter - the engine loud, not firing smoothly, uneven, almost shaking the vehicle body. Service Engine light came on. I immediately called Daniels BMW and Debbie answered, and recognized me immediately. GREAT to be acknowledged and welcomed on the first pick up of the phone. I explained the problem, she suggested I come in right away and see Ethan my service advisor. I had to make a stop on the way and we set a rough time. What dealer says 'come right in, I'll tell your advisor (and actually KNOWS me and who my advisor is). Daniels BMW. Ethan Harbison, my respected and customer oriented advisor, was welcoming, wiggled me in between clients, and took care of those scheduled clients while my car was being placed back in the service que - as I would expect. My car was immediately sent back to service, and I knew it would be seen as soon as possible. I waited in the client waiting area, read some of a paperback book, snagged two complimentary diet sodas, and was kept up to date on the status of my car by Ethan. Once a diagnosis was known, I was reassured that it would be taken care of immediately under extended warranty. I drove away before close of business with a smoothly running and repaired car, which was also washed. Yay! In addition Ethan determined that the vehicle was due for additional service, we reviewed options and scheduled an appointment for next week. My experience is the best example of BMW service. Daniels sets a terrific standard not met by Sonnen BMW in Marin, SF BMW in SF or Stevens Creek BMW in Silicon Valley. To make a call when a vehicle is not running well, be recognized by Debbie and assured that I would be taken care of, and to have the vehicle repaired 'on the fly' that very day while I waited, with only a few hours notice, was a tremendous experience. Ethan is a superb service manager, and I cannot say enough about how much I appreciate the efforts he made to take care of my car successfully. More

My husband and I have been purchasing BMWs at Daniels since 1976. The sales and service teams are welcoming, pleasant and knowledgeable. They also provide a high service comfort level after the purchase, as they maintain our cars in outstanding condition. This week Daniels BMW gave us a gift that we never expected! When attending our niece’s wedding rehearsal dinner in Philadelphia more than two years ago, I took three rings with me in an antique coin purse. One was my mother’s wedding ring, another was her engagement ring and the third my grandmother’s wedding ring. It was significant that my sister (bride’s mother), the bride and I would each wear one of the rings for the next two days to honor these women who passed away at a young age due to breast cancer. Upon arriving at the rehearsal dinner and getting out of the passenger seat, the coin purse opened and two of the rings fell out. We found one wedding ring in the parking lot but could not find Mother’s engagement ring. It was heartbreaking to lose something so precious that connected us to her. Daniels BMW serviced the car for an oil change and a problem with the seat belt sensor this week. As always, the shuttle took my husband to work and picked him up afterwards. When he got into our BMW to drive home the keys were in the console along with a diamond engagement ring. Yes, it was my Mother’s ring! Lucas, the service technician and Joe Millington, the service writer ensured that the ring was in the car so we would find it. When my husband came home he showed the ring to me. I was overwhelmed with joy that due to the dedicated employees at Daniels that the ring was found and returned to us after more than 2 years. Apparently the ring fell down the side of the passenger seat where it could not be seen. When servicing the car for the sensor problem, Lucas found the ring. Our heartfelt thanks to you Lucas, Joe and the entire Daniels BMW team who are true professionals and care about their customers. Sincerely, Gayl and Bob Trump More
I just want to pass along my compliments regarding Todd Simpson, Service Consultant, Daniel's BMW. Late on the afternoon of August 21, 2012, I was leaving a business appointment in Bethlehem the “flat tir Simpson, Service Consultant, Daniel's BMW. Late on the afternoon of August 21, 2012, I was leaving a business appointment in Bethlehem the “flat tire” warning light came on in my certified 2009 328i which I had recently purchased from my hometown BMW dealer in Lancaster. Not having BMW Roadside Assistance, I called BMW’s 1-800 number and was directed to Daniel’s BMW in Allentown. I called and spoke with Todd and he welcomed me to stop in to have the RFT tire checked. On arrival, just before 5:00PM, I was not happy after limping down Route 22 after a full work day, but Todd could not have been more accommodating in explaining the process and getting me settled in Daniel's nicely appointed customer care area. In short order, I was back on the road with the tire issue resolved and warning light reset, in my much cleaner 328i. My thanks to Todd and the service technician for a great customer experience right at the close of service hour work. As a result, I will definitely stop in at Daniels the next time that I am in the market for a new or certified BMW. More
I had three visits to Daniels this past summer for my BMW 2003 325xi; two in June and one in July. My original battery finally died and needed replacement, a thermostat and front brakes needed replacement, a 2003 325xi; two in June and one in July. My original battery finally died and needed replacement, a thermostat and front brakes needed replacement, and the water pump needed replacement. Two of the three visits were "emergency" in nature and Ethan, my service consultant, was very accommodating and made sure repairs were done in a timely manner. The battery situation also involved two attempts to have the car towed to Daniels by AAA; the first resulted in damage to the front grill by an operator who never got my car off my driveway! By the time a second tow truck arrived and took my car to Daniels it was too late for the car to be serviced after the car was assessed. Ethan immediately requested a rental car from Hertz (funded by Daniels) so I had transportation until my battery was replaced and the grill repaired. I sincerely appreciate the professional service provided at Daniels. I have had my car serviced there since I purchased it in July 2003. I want to thank Ethan for all of his assistance in getting my car back on the road each time I have had a service appointment or an emergency situation. More
We broke down while going on vacation and was towed into Daniels. Every individual from the front desk to the service department with whom we dealt were very professional and courteous. I interacted with Daniels. Every individual from the front desk to the service department with whom we dealt were very professional and courteous. I interacted with Joe in in the service department more than any one else and was greatly impressed by him. He listened; answered questions; was very polite and professional; showed a genuine concern for our circumstances as well as us as customers and completed the work exactly as stated for less cost than anticipated. We believe he should be at the corporate level teaching customer service. Thank you, Robert Regnier More
The service that I received went above and beyond what I expected. the repairs took longer that I expected which was not a problem.
