Got picked up at the requested time, at 12, then picked up the car and got back to work by 12:30! BAM! That was easy. More

Good experience. Customer service person matters. I have owned my car for 4 1/2 years. At first it was difficult to use th service center. I would get different answers to the same question and overal I have owned my car for 4 1/2 years. At first it was difficult to use th service center. I would get different answers to the same question and overall customer service was poor. Bruce changed that experience for me. He answers all of my questions. If he doesn't know the answer he finds out. I greatly appreciate his help! More
