It was really nice to be able to replace my windshield under the warranty plan - it wasn't cracked but it was "frosted", which was a real problem when driving into the setting sun. No questions asked, no haggling, no problem. Bruce said - you paid for the warranty you should be able to get a new windshield if you want one. More
