Overall upon initial arrival, the staff was not friendly or welcoming. The sales lady gave me the worst look. Vehicle has a tire replacement message & it’s day three. I only drove it home. I wanted to purchase a BMW just because I never had one. Based on my overall experience I won’t be doing that again. The sales person I worked with was cool. Otherwise, everything else was trash based on the expectation for a luxury brand. Felt like aim was at Clay Cooley. More
