Mo, we have been in contact for over a month, so please dont act like you are unaware of the situation. You have not addressed my concerns in the way that the sales associate had promised, but rather you blew me off. If I need to remind you, your dealership sold me a new 330i with extensive paint damage (scratches all the way through to the primer) on four different body panels. Please don't act like you are unaware of this situation. That is dishonesty. For the record, I went to a reputable dealership (Sewell BMW of Grapevine) and they replaced my vehicle without any headaches.
